EOG's are only 3 1/2 weeks away!
It's hard to believe that they are so close, but I am confident that the students will do their very best on the test! We have continued to work hard on reviewing our old skills and learning our new ones. A lot of the students had that infamous "light bulb" go on this week while working with particular math and reading skills. It was great to see their "aha" moment happen in class!
Even though we are working hard, we need to continue to keep up that pace and the "we can do it" attitude in class. If we all think positively and work our hardest in class then we can enter the EOG with confidence in 3 weeks. Please make sure to review the EOG Vocabulary packets that go home each week as well as the EOG homework packets. These contain great examples of the kinds of reading and math work they will see on the actual EOG.
Also, End of the Year Conference slips went home earlier this week. Please let me know if you have lost or never received the form and I will send another one home.
